Housing & Wellness Opportunities

Many staff at our lodges live on site in employee housing. Room & Board (including rent, utilities, staff meals, laundry, satellite Internet access, satellite TV, free phones and more) is provided for an affordable fixed weekly fee. We also offer thirteen off-site properties scattered throughout the Groveland area. From condos, houses, and apartments, there’s no shortage of variety with off-site housing, see what works best for you!

Staff at our lodges have the opportunity to participate in our Wellness Program from the moment they arrive.

Developed by employees who saw a need for community building and more access to resources, the program aims to support employees through various activities and outings, with a focus on employee recognition through a weekly newsletter highlighting people from every department.

Not only are there several activities that people can participate in, there are also opportunities to develop your own sense of community by teaching an art class or starting your own book club. The Wellness Program plans several activities and a list of some can be found below:
